During his time, he led teams in units spanning multiple operational capabilities, including ASB (Aviation Support), HET (Heavy Equipment Transport), and CTC (Composite Truck Company). Gabriel offers valuable operational and technical expertise on various Army logistics and vehicle platforms to DoD projects.

Gabriel has 10+ years of experience across the go-to-market function; as a Senior Sales Development Specialist, Project Manager, Outside Sales Representative, Inside Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Proposal Capture Strategist, R&D SME, and fractional GTM leader.

Gabriel is a savvy GTM consultant who leverages his eclectic experience and expertise in business development, proposal strategy, strategic planning, data analytics, and change management. His primary fields are Health & Human services BPO, call center, artificial intelligence & machine learning, collaborative platforms, and emerging technologies.

Gabriel is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

Gabriel is also Six Sigma Green Belt and Professional Scrum Master certified.
